This class is designed to prepare you to give birth in any setting (hospital, home, birthing center even outside in nature!)
In “Bliss Made Simple” you will find out what you need to know to create your very BEST BIRTH in the privacy of your own home.
This class is for mothers (and their partners) who want the most rewarding and safest birth possible.
**Cost: $250 U.S. (For 2 or more couples it $200 each couple & single mothers ask for special price)

Blissful Comfort, Breath & Flow + The Blissful Newborn: What You need to know.
“Blissful Comfort, Breath & Flow”
Earth & Dr. Lande will share their favorite secrets, skills and knowledge that physically & mentally prepare mamas to give birth naturally without harmful drugs and surgery.
This class is designed for ALL mothers (their partners) and works especially well for mothers who have little free time, are very late in pregnancy or have already given birth.
We will practice breathing for birth, labor positions, comfort measure, massage to cope with the sensation of pain, guided visualizations for a beautiful labor, strategies to go beyond the epidural for pain relief & secrets to avoid the C-SECTION!
And, as with all birth prep., the power is in the practice. You must practice what you learn!
The Blissful Newborn: making choices that last for a life time.
Total Time: 3 hours for $100
+ Delicious refreshments and helpful handouts, taught in the home of Earth & Dr. Michael Lande
The above curriculum (newborn & comfort measures) is included in Bliss Doula Services.
Additional Consultation Fee
Earth has created her approach to doula care based on over 10 years experience as a professional childbirth worker. She feels what she shares with each mother is exactly inspiration & instruction needed. However every mother has different concerns & questions and Earth encourages you to ask the one that really matter to you, but know that the more questions and stories you share the less of Earth’s pre-designed curriculum you will be able to experience.
Once our official visit/class time is over Earth is happy to continue teaching & sharing her expertise for $50 each additional hour.
She can extend this service only when her schedule allows.
