Yoga is love in action and that is where I start as a teacher. I want all people, everyday folks, to leave my class feeling whole, feeling that they are enough just as they are and that their inner resources are truly limitless. Yoga is the action of re-pairing THE SELF with THE DIVINE.
This transformative union of body, soul, mind and spirit will look different for each yogi. In my classed we journey through many yogic arts including the practice of Asana(physical postures), Mantra (sacred chanting), Meditation (being in simple silence with The Self with breath in full focus)& Mudra(beautiful gestures for the hands with profund significance) always with deep music & rhythmic flow in focus that will inspire you to open your heart wide, dissolve the notion of separateness and fully embrace ONESSS.
In other words come get sweaty, smile & practice yoga to some seriously good tunes ~ om shanti ~
